How Do Bamboopink Reps Get Paid?
Besides stating that they are offering up to 10 potential streams of income and a generous compensation plan, little else is known about the details of their pay plan. I was able to gather additional information from a couple of personal websites of Bamboopink reps that outlined the following:
Bamboopink uses a unilevel compensation plan that pays its reps 7 level down. Reps can earn up to 30% from their retail efforts, plus an additional 20% in a “fast start”bonus. Other bonuses and income potential include team bonuses, global bonuses, a bonus pool and a car bonus with the highest payout percentages being giving on the 1st, 2nd and 7th level of the pay plan.
Bamboopink appears to be in pre-launch stage, which is evident by the fact that they offer very little information and documentation about their company. The website states that you can sign up for FREE, but while you may find a remarkable blend of fabulous jewelry, innovative technology and superior customer care, I would be extremely cautious joining any company that can not provide solid data that helps interested prospects make an educated decision on if they are partnering with a solid company or not.
Once the company launches, which is projected to be some time in April 2011, some of the blurry details may be addressed.
The majority of companies in the direct sales and network marketing industry use home parties, private business receptions and similar group meetings to promote and expose their products and business opportunity and Bamboopink is no exception.
So what are your chances of success with Bamboopink?
Having a generous compensation plan (we’ll just have to take their word for it), pretty products and experienced leadership isn’t enough to succeed.
