Have you ever wondered how some people just seem to have this magic aura surrounding them that attracts everybody to them. They get all the boys (or girls), they have all the friends, all the business partners, sponsor all the reps and make all the money! How do they do it? How is it so easy for them to be the hunted instead of the hunters? Are they sprinkling pixie dust on everyone they meet…I mean really, what is the secret?

Well we’ll find a huge clue in the fabric of our own DNA. Our primal instincts tell us to gravitate toward the leader, the stronger, the fastest, the prettier, the one who can protect us. In the business world this translates into us following the one who is more educated, the one with the most authority, the one with the most business savvy and the one with the ability to accumulate the most money.

We want what they want so we follow them until we can learn enough for ourselves to get what we want on our own. We measure our own VALUE through our associations. If we associate with the ones that have the power/value/status we seek for ourselves, then by association their “coolness” rubs off on us and in turn we become more attractive to others. It’s the “so you like the quarterback huh?” Well let me join the football team and rub shoulder pads with the quarterback so you’ll like me too type of thing.

The top earners in network marketing are the quarterbacks. They understand the importance of leadership, they know their personal value and they develop and sharpen the necessary skills so they can win the game. They understand that others will be inherently attracted to those who have leadership qualities and can offer their experience and expertise to others. The know that people do not join companies, they join YOU!
